This is my second firetv device. Pervious one was fire tv 4K pendant version. Everything was good apart from remote which seemed defective. It was continuously draining battery. But this version is pretty fast with improved remote. I don’t have to carry multiple remote. Since it support toggling input source, volume and power on/off. Great improvement t over older version

It’s not just the picture quality that makes the stick better than the regular 1080p it’s the speed of the stick much faster and will hold more. The remote is nice because you can turn the tv on and off with it along with volume control. Highly recommend. I’ve also used the MI box s and the remote in it Is uncomfortable. The fire stick is easier and runs smooth. Android remotes are uncomfortable the remotes with the sticks are comfortable. This is all I use and I love them.

I love this fire stick. It is easy to install and easy to navigate. The picture quality is great. And I love that you can talk to the remote to search fir movies. And you can get rid of your other remotes bc the fire stick remote operates everything. I have one one all four televisions

A nice improvement over the previous Firestick! Having volume controls over the TV is a big plus, minimizing the remote "shuffle" previously required. Operation is simple and effective, and the cost was extremely reasonable. Our Roku only lasted a little over a year before failing, but the older Firesticks we have are still going strong after 2-3 years. I expect even better longevity with this one!

I bought the 4k model on sale because I had given my parents one of my Firesticks to try out. Very impressed with the improved feel and functionality of the the remote over the previous version. Very easy to set up, and having one remote for volume and power really makes a difference. The improved processing speed is also a plus. I dont have a 4k TV yet, but for the reasons I mentioned alone the extra money for the 4k version is worth it.

I love my firestick 4k. Finally, I am free from expensive cable bills. The firestick 4k is easy to program and it offers many free movies as well as TV shows. The Alexa voice control remote is a real perk and makes watching TV a real joy. The quality of programs is superb and picture clarity is awesome. I regret waiting to ditch cable and make the switch to firestick 4k.

I own the previous model and this is a much better experience. First off the remote is a huge improvement. The power button on the remote can turn on my tv, my receiver, fire stick, and switch the inputs automatically so the fire stick is on screen and ready to go with just one click of the power button. It's really nice. This is how it should have been all along. It gets even better though... lets say my TV is already on, and my receiver is set to a different input such as my FIOS tv box? All you do is click the home button on the remote and the remote switches the receiver to the correct hdmi input on the receiver for the fire stick! One remote to rule them all, and yes it controls volume on the receiver too! This is excellent. It's highly configurable. The setup is quite nice. You can define which inputs get picked when hitting the power and home button. You can define which device the volume buttons control. Amazon has done a great job with the Fire Stick 4K.

I recently upgraded my old TV for a new "Smart" Samsung 4K TV and it had a apps and all those goodies but the interface was terrible and the apps were were even worse. All of that disappeared when I bought this little monster! A bunch of apps way more than my TV had and everything runs perfectly! Easy UI, perfectly works for anything! Best purchase yet!

I've owned the previous 2 generation firesticks. This firestick is better! Love being able to just use 1 remote now to turn on my Tv and enjoy endless streaming! This firestick is better in my opinion than the actual Fire TV and I've owned the 1st and 2nd Generation. Definitely faster! Plays 4k content with ease! Beautiful picture and sound!

We cut the cord this year, and our son bought us a Firestick. We felt like dummies at first, but the Firestick interface really makes the transition easy. I bought this second one for the TV in our spare bedroom that is going to be my A/V room, and it works so well. Streams well, interface is easy to use, and being able to use the built-in Alexa is really nice. Simply talk to the remote to change channels - nice!

This is a great device, being a fire-stick user for the last 2 years, it is easy to install and I love the picture quality. I like the volume control for the TV, that way I don't have to ue another remote when using the fire-stick. Being that this was on sale for less than 20 bucks makes it even a better purchase

I really like this new device as it packs a lot of power at a great price. The new remote control is very handy as well. No more searching for the TV remote to adjust the volume or turn off power. The only thing I expected to have more memory not just 8GB other than that it's a great device I recommend it

We have purchased 3 Firesticks 4K for my house, we love the option of remote cotrol to the tv so that we dont have to be looking for the original TV remote to change volume or power off the TV. aside from that it would of been nice to have the remote give the option to switch input on the tv that would of been perfect along with more storage it shows that it only has 6GB of data and after installing all my apps its almost full. we are in era were all devices should have min 16GB internal storage or more so that we could super load it with all the apps we need. We love how fast the firestick is & how small the device is to hide in the back of the TV. under $50 per stick not bad. we strongly recommend it.

Intuitive remote control feels solid in the hand. Stick itself is easy to set up, & easy to navigate menus. Designed to help the user find and select something to watch. Works exactly as advertised! Went with the 4K unit even though we don't have 4K TV yet, but am looking to the future. We liked the first 4K Fire TV Stick so much we bought 2 additional units for our other TVs.

This is my first Amazon streaming device. I mostly use Apple TV currently and have had Roku and Chromecast devices in the past. This Amazon Fire TV stick was easy to set up and synced up with my TV volume controls automatically (which was really nice). It performs as you'd think, which is pretty well. I really like the remote. It's clicky and easy to use with out looking at it. The one thing I don't like is the Amazon interface. It needs a serious update and overall for it to function efficiently. Overall though, for the Black Friday price of $30 this is a really good option for a streaming device.

I have an AppleTv 4k for my main TV. I wanted to "cut the cable" and needed a device for 2 other TVs. To save money, I decided to give the Fire TV Stick a try and was glad I did. It is easy to setup and use. There is a very large selection of apps for it. The picture quality is awesome. The remote is easy to use and intuitive.

The 4K Stick is a significant improvement to my extremely sluggish 1st Gen Fire Stick. This stick is slightly larger, but packs a punch, and is very responsive on menus with little lag. The remote is a great improvement, adding the ability to power on/off your TV and change volume, as well as Alexa voice commands. I've heard this performs as good or better than the Cube at half the price.

Switched to this from Roku. My wife and I had a lower end Roku because at the time we just needed something to run 1080p content on our older flat screen. It held up alright for about the first year then we continuously ran into issues. So when we upgraded our TV to a 4K display, we went with this. Overall experience: It’s been very good so far. Not to much to get into. It works. Amazon has come a long way I feel like compared to when I used it a few years ago. Every task is very fluid and easy. The UI is simple and easy to learn. For what you’re paying, this is worth it. The remote is great and also simple. Not like Apples remote where it’s over simplified to the point of being rather silly. Voice control is pretty good majority of the time I use it, but sometimes is hit and miss. If you’ve ever had an Echo you may know what I’m talking about. Initial setup was easy and simple. Can’t ask for much more than that. You have a wide range of apps that are available. That’s one thing with Roku that was annoying at times. There would be one specific app that I was looking for and couldn’t find it. Overall the past 7 months with it have been great, I’m glad I went the way I did.

This Firestick performs way better than the previous versions. Stronger processor and more memory make it run apps faster, and switching between apps and menus is much faster than before. The improved remote is worth the price alone, as it now not only has Alexa voice control but volume control for your tv, and it’s extremely easy to program to your existing tv!
