The remote of my my previous stick stopped working with no reason so I hope this one last longer because it cant be repaired, as long as I know. Easy to setup.

Good device for a good price

I have a universal remote that controls all my other devices and didn't need the extra features on the full remote that's offered with the more expensive version of this device. This device serves my needs well.

It hardly lags and I hooked up my xfinity account to it so I never need to have a cable box in my room again

Fast, the on/off to control TV, sound, and mute

It downloads app pages much faster. And with the added on/off function of the TV, and controlling my surround system volume/mute, awesome. There are no special settings to get through to use those functions! I was using the Ethernet adapter on the 2nd Gen Stick, but found it useless to use with this Stick. It only caused interference problems and appears to only see WiFi. So I unplugged the adapter and went with just using the WiFi. The interference stopped and now it works great! Now to only get a 4K TV!

Amazon Fire TV stick Lite

I have an older tv and have had problems with the lite firestick with no volume when I turn the tv on with my tv remote and then use the lite stick to stream Hulu and Netflix. I am not sure if it is a problem with the Lite Firestick or my older tv. I am. Not using this because of the problem so I am not happy with the Lite firestick and should have returned it. The regular firestick is working well.
