He possessed comprehensive technical skill while communicating steps he was taking to navigating the purchase and set up of a new cell phone. Polite and respectful of my essentially dinosaur understanding of tech. He worked quickly, all the while making this Best Buy experience very satisfying. Hopefully, the cell phone we purchased will meet and exceed our expectations for years to come.
