The only issue I had is the back plastic cracking for no apparent reasons but I bought a case to solve the issue.

Sweet little reader

For those of us who are "technically challenged", the Kindle is easy to set up. It's light weight and the digital content is easy to read even in different light settings. Best Buy made it easy to get and at a great price to boot with coupon savings. Overall, I'm very pleased as I'm getting a lot of use out of this product.
