Terrible product

It's horrible, just to be blunt. It's glitchy, unresponsive, and slow. There's not even a book downloaded on it yet. Extremely disappointed in this purchase

Kindle SUCKS

If I finally do get that stupid thing to pop up to change it then I cannot EVER get it back again to change back to any font size. Here I am again in July trying again for over 2 hrs and going to all the youtube links I can find and still CANNOT CHANGE THE FONT SIZE. So what good is this piece of crap?????

Defective

Up until then, I was very happy with it. Of course, I returned it. Suddenly my old Kindle got new energy so am using that. Would not hesitate to purchase another Kindle from Best Buy. Just the luck of the draw.
