Had been reading via kindle app on tablet. Over time became very glitchy so needed to update. New tablets were too big. Still able to use Libby for free reads from library so all good. VERY pleased with the new paperwhite. Looked at color option, but colors looked washed out. So nice that i can sit in direct sunlight and read with no problem. Text is clear and crisp. Nice and lightweight. Would recommend.

I love my new Kindle! I have been reading every day. I love how quick books can be added to the Kindle Library. The size is great to carry around or even put in a purse. I definitely think its one of my best ever purchases!

I LOVE MY KINDLE PAPERWHITE, getting my kindle has changeddd the game for me. i've already read 4 books this year when in previous years i hadn't even thought of reading. i love it so much and recommend to everyone! Writing this after almost a year I got it. In short, I loved it. Glare-free and matte feel display is amazing. Battery life is astonishing if you mostly use it during the day (doesn’t use screen light). Overall a great buy!

I'm very much a paper back book girl, but the kindle has made reading so much more enjoyable. Great for long trips so you don't have to lug books around, reading at night without disturbing your partner, and by the pool.

I bought this for my wife as an anniversary present. She has used her iPad to readbut she didn't like the size and weight of it. She wasn't sure if she would like the Kindle at first, but has grown to really enjoy it. It's light and it is about the size of a paperback book. My gift-giving attempt has been redeemed.

This is a very good reader for me. I had trouble setting it up, but I’m sure for someone else you would be able to do it with ease. I still give it five stars just be aware of that for me like I said again a little hard to set up.

This Kindle is super lightweight, has a great and very adaptable backlight that feels great for your eyes. The interface is smooth and easy to navigate. I also love being able to connect my Libby account to my Kindle too so that I don't have to buy every book I want to read!
