This new one is fantastic, I have read 4 books, charging one time but it was not dead then. The touch is great. Background makes reading easy in any light. I wish I hadn't waited so long to upgrade.

NOT SO GOOD: it takes a while to get used to how limited/UNcomplicated the use of this product is. We are so used to juggling complicated tech things like our phones and tablets and such, this is so simple that it takes some of us longer to figure out! This was a great buy for my husband and my dad, both of whom are not interested in high tech - and they can take it to the beach and they read out on the porch, etc. Everyone’s happy!
