The Kindle Paperwhite does not have built-in text-to-speech or speakers, but you can listen to Audible audiobooks by pairing Bluetooth headphones or speakers—go to Settings > Bluetooth & Wireless, pair your device, and access your Audible library. For text-to-speech that reads Kindle books aloud, you'll need the Kindle app on a Fire tablet, Echo device, or smartphone with the "Read Aloud" feature, or a Fire tablet with VoiceView screen reader enabled, which may better suit your accessibility needs.
