I purchased this item on Black Friday for my mother for Christmas. When she received it on Christmas she realized she wanted the Kindle Scribble. She just wanted to exchange the item and buy a more expensive item but because she wasn’t a a member she couldn’t exchange the item but $50 more she could. It’s unfortunately after spending hundreds at best buy for Christmas. I perfer to purchase at stores but situation like this make you wish it was bought at Amazon.

I really tried to like the Kindle but didn’t. I thought it was blurry, slow to load and had an overall cheap feeling. I returned product to store the next day.

I had high hopes for the kindle scribe but I was disappointed. It was extremely slow and for the price I expected more. It needs to be redesigned. There is a lag and sometimes a ghost screen.

I had a Kindle Fire before but wanted to read outside in the sun. Decided to buy a Kindle after a friend raved about hers. What an experience, it's like night and day. There's nothing like reading on an e-ink device like this, and it loads so smooth. I've read 3x more books thanks to this Kindle, borrowing them from the library. I take it with me in my purse to keep me company during waits at the bank or post office or on my commute.

Very disappointed. Slow scroll rate and slow response. Difficult to use other sources for books besides Amazon. Planning to get rid of it.

Haven’t read in years and recently got really into a fantasy series. the books were huge and i wanted a better way to take them on the go. no compaints!

has been great use so far, already have been reading so many more books. also really glad i still could get the 3 months free kindle unlimited even without purchasing directly from amazon. very light and can fit easily in my bag. battery life is also great, i charge it to 100% and it’ll last about 2 weeks

Amazing! Have had it for two months and increased my reading and speed. With the kindle unlimited membership I can read so many books without paying or having to worry about late fees at the library. If there’s any con to the product it would be the price. A bit expensive for what you get, but it’s worth to me as someone who now reads 12-15 books a month.

This was a gift for our daughter. She wanted to clear up space in her room as she had read many books. She really likes using the Kindle for its convenience as well as how easy it is to use and read it.

A wonderful companion for adventures! I have it with me wherever the road takes me. It makes the other dwarves jealous as well. Especially Ballin and Dwallin. I can take my whole library with me. It even fits in my pocket with my new precious ring I found. Now all I need is a portable arm chair to go with me.

Just received my paper white kindle and I love! I have been wanting one for a while. I actually got it for my birthday! Would definitely recommend!

Best Kindle I have owned. Battery life is so much better than previous generations. Glare free and warm light makes reading in the dark so much better.
