small, light weight, compact kindle

The biggest drawback is that it is somewhat cumbersome to get to the reading list because advertisements show up when the kindle is first opened. Can be confusing and frustrating for the less tech-savvy person. There is also a delay in the touch screen responsiveness. Older versions of kindle had more direct path to personal reading list.
