Very different from my old kindle fire. It is easier to read but the library and store are not as easy to use. A lot of links don't work.

I buy this product few weeks ago and I don’t like very much.Some times don’t work property and kindle suscriptor don’t offers very good service

Not so great. The page turns are slow. There is a remnant of the prior page that lasts for a small amount of time. Overall a bit annoying

Was really expecting more from an Amazon product. Display and readability was okay. Rather purchase the books than a different tablet.

I think it is not useful. After I bought it, never use it. So if you want to buy it, please think more if you will use it.

I buy it with great expectations but it got frozen several times, I has to reload several times. Very disappointed with this Koindle.

It seems to take a very long time to down load titles to this Kindle. the user interface is slow.

No user manual papers so I still can not use it. This is my 3rd one but the updates are so different. I’ve called but they don’t speak English so I have a problem. All I need is how to use papers but nothing. Best Buy will not help me if I don’t get tech help. I’m 77 and would just need basic help but you will charge me for it. I always go to Best Buy to by my items but maybe I should check around.

This is a great little reader, but I am older and the font size was too small. This item is approximately the size of a paperback novel and the font is also small. I tried to adjust but was not able to make the font bigger. This was a major downfall and why I returned the Kindle.

the screen is very flickery and freezes. It is buggy when in the store but not when reading a book.

Too much hassle when u have hotspot from phone. Was told it’s easy but not.

First time purchase. I was looking forward to this purchase. Unfortunately I had nothing but problems. I tried to troubleshoot the issue but it still wouldn’t work when I tried to turn the pages.

Son loved his gift! He plans to use it for leisure and professional reading.

Hard to set up vitually no instructions on how to get to toolbar.

I think its ok for being so small the price could be lower but its ok

Liked my original e reader so much more, battery lasted twice as long as this one, didn’t have near the problems looking for books on the website... over all not impressed should have gone with a different one not from Amazon!

Really sluggish and screen flashes often. Smaller than expected, no too easy to hold. Like that I can use it by the pool. Just have to get tech support to look at why it flashes.

Figured it was time to go digital but I was wrong. Don't like the set up, download process, recharging or reading off the Kindle. There is no substitute for an actual book. I will be donating my Kindle.

Purchased Kindle at Best Buy as Christmas present. When I finally gave the present. She was able to use it for a few days. Kindle wouldn't charge. Best Buy return policy is horrible!! Wouldn't take back the Kindle. Amazon was only able to give me a refurbished Kindle. So paid for a new Kindle at the end of December and ended up with a refurbished Kindle at the end of February. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy!!!

Please do not buy anything from this garbage company. The estimate they give you is a complete lie and it will probably arrive at least a week after the expected delivery. Then they blame it on "Covid-19" as if a worldwide pandemic just suddenly broke out the day after you completed your order. They lie to you so they can get your money and depend on you avoiding the hassle of returning the item. If you want your item on time, buy somewhere else.
