There is little to no glare off the screen which is really nice. It is much easier to ready books from this than my Kindle fire.

Kindle paper white

I was very upset when I went to make an appointment with the Geek Squad and they wanted to charge me 99 dollars to help me. I never was charged before and feel that is an excessive amount to charge for a service in your store where the product was purchased. I will do more price comparison in the future since you will not assist customers any more without an exhorbitant fee.
