not what I was expecting

Also, when pages change, there's a black blip in between each page--it's not a smooth transition. Too many steps in Menu to get to MY library--it never starts where I leave it but always reverts back to main screen. Tiresome.

This has held up well over the last year and is a great product. The paperwhite technology is easy on the eyes and the ability to access a massive library from wherever you are are two major contributors to winning her over.
