won't buy from best buy again

I am very happy with this order - I was waited on in the store promptly and efficiently. They had to order the product in to the store but I received this order in a timely manner. I downloaded all of my books and kept it charged. I just turned it on and the battery is totally depleted, although it was charged 2 weeks ago and never used.

I think its almost blue /green but more on the blue side. cant explain it but It looks more premium with the blue shade. I purchased this for the 8GB black was too small storage and needed 32GB so I got this.
