The 6.8 inch screen and ability to precisely set the screen warmth truly makes this a wonderful reading experience

I recently purchased the 2022 Kindle Paperwhite (8G) with 6.8" display. I cannot compare because I've not had an older model, but I can say that the battery life is good; it charges pretty quickly; the screen is a great size; the adjustable warm light is a bonus; and it is compact enough to fit in my handbag. I am still learning all its features. So, I purchased the device twice from Best Buy...Once for myself and another a few weeks later as a Christmas gift. I am disappointed that after first purchase it went on sale shortly after and Best Buy would not honor their price difference policy. I called to try and get the difference since it was a recent purchase and within their 15 day grace period, but Best Buy representative claimed they could not adjust.

Got this for my wife to replace her old Kindle. She really likes it. Easy to set up, loves the back light. Great improvement over her old kindle.

Setting this up was quick and easy. Love that I can access my library loans on it as well. Battery life is amazing as well.

OMG! I so had to get this paper white kindle. I love to read. I love this because it's waterproof. I take this everywhere I go. I read in the carafe I am a passenger. I read on this while at the beach. I read while I am eating sometimes. The best product ever for those who really love to read like I do. And I got kindle unlimited too.

For starters I was so skeptical about this because I’m a physical book kind of gal, but so many friends told me for how often I read this would be a great addition to my options and or replacement. Well they were right! The ease of use makes life so much better! The options available for books is endless. The background is perfect and nothing like I imagined it to be. Highly recommend!

Best little reader that I've bought. The battery life is above and beyond and its so easy to use.

My previous Kindle lasted 7 years, but it was finally dying. I bought this to replace it, and though there are still some rough edges in the Kindle OS (like occasional crashes when opening a big book), the hardware here is great. It looks nice, the touchscreen works well, and I love that it’s waterproof because I absolutely take it in the bath.
