My girlfriend loves to read at night and has a perscription of -5.5. Usually reads on her phone app but with the paperwhite, she doesnt have to wear her glasses or scroll every two seconds with the enlarged/magnified font.

The kindle was exactly as described and works do well. Coming from an older generation kindle to this has been awesome. The combination of warm light and dark mode also make for a better reading experience at night.

The beauty of the kindle is how simple it is to do the thing you want to do: read. It’s not much more than that. The warm light and dark mode are fantastic for flights and reading at night. If it’s anything like my last Kindle, I will have this for 10 years before I feel the need to upgrade which is a fantastic value.

Love bringing this with me to the pool or reading around the house. The screen is easy to read even on bright days and I never have to worry about charging the device except once every few weeks. Easy to setup and lots of book selections.

I’ve had my kindle since Christmas and I’ve charged it a maximum of 5 times the battery life is insane, I don’t use it as often as some people but if it’s not being used the charge does NOT go to waste it’s really good the display is so clear I love it

Love my kindle! First time purchasing one, and it’s so portable and convenient, holds great battery. Very lightweight and so easy to carry! Highly recommend! No problem reading while out during sunlight, no excuses!

This Amazon Ereader is great for someone like myself who likes to spend a lot of time reading books on an electronic device and it will last much longer than a tablet before needing to be recharged. Especially nice when traveling

Honwstly amazing. I can read and it doesnt have the same destractions as with my phone. (Tiktok facebook ect) doesnt glare bad in the sun and i baught this thing about 2 months ago and i still have 50 percent on my battery. Amazing. Worth the money

Im in love with this thing! It is so convenient to throw in my purse to take with me anywhere. When i open it, its opens to right where i left off. Im not a techie person but i find it very user friendly. If you're on the fence, just get one. You'll love it!

Love it. Took it to my 20-day holiday, read a lot and did not need to charge its battery. It allows me to read at night while my husband is sleeping and it does not hurt my eyes.

Affordable amazing storage and perfect for long waits in doctors offices

I can’t say enough about my kindle. If you love to read, it’s a must have. Kindle unlimited has tons of free classics. You can change the settings and it doesn’t strain your eyes.

The way books are organized shows to much information on the main screen which is distracting. Ease of use outside and holding a charge is wonderful.

What a great investment! Bought this for my mom for her birthday, after she was spending $50-$200 a month on hardback books, now she pay $12 a month and gets unlimited books! Battery life is fantastic!

This was a gift for my Mother and she loves it. Great size and weight. The weight was a very important must because she can’t hold anything heavy. Being able to adjust the warm light was a huge hit with her.

I love being able to read all of my books within “one book”. It is very handy and I love being able to take it wherever I go. I only have 8gbs, but I think that’s more than enough for me!

Great for my purpose. Ads a bit distracting and narrower sides make it a little difficult because, if held by the edge you can turn the page before you are ready. But overall, really like it.
