This is my fifth or sixth Kindle. I still have the first edition. I keep one in every room so I don’t have to carry one around. War and Peace and The Devine Comedy are in each one.

I absolutely love my Kindle! It is super handy. I enjoy reading in bed and almost everywhere I go and it’s much easier to hold than a physical book. I like adjusting the font and brightness and I love how the screen looks like an actual page from a book. It’s also glare free which is awesome for those sunny days at the beach. It’s much more convenient and I find myself reading so much more since I’ve gotten it. Best Buy also had it delivered to me within a day which was awesome. I plan to buy from them more often!

For the longest time, I was against e-readers as I just preferred the feel of holding a physical copy of the book. However, after making this purchase I have doubled the number of books I've read each month. The lightweight and portable size of the Kindle is perfect for on-the-go reading or reading before bed. The adjustable backlight makes it easy to read no matter your situation, with the added warm light significantly reduces eye strain while reading at night. A feature I don't feel is highlighted enough is the ability to utilize your Audible audiobooks and Kindle together. While reading through The Way of Kings and listening it was great to see the Kindle automatically keeps up with what pages you've listened to so when you pick up your Kindle, you are right where you left off and vice versa. All in all a fantastic purchase and strongly recommend

My wife loves this kindle for reading. Has so much battery life it can go weeks without charging. Super light, bright screen, easy use.

Overall great. Screen is good as well as the reflective coating. Easy to import third-party books from Project Gutenberg and other sources via USB/email. Battery life is generally good also and the backlight is nice.

I have been hesitant to go to an e reader as I like the feel of a book in my hand. I finally purchased this one for an upcoming vacation rather than packing several books. It's a nice change, easy to navigate ( with a few lessons from my kids) and the ability to download free books from the library sealed the deal. It's also nice because if i want to read during the night it is lighted so I don't have to get up and turn on lights etc. Easy for my eyes too as I require glasses and some prints are so tiny in books

Simply the best way to read: - a clear display in any light from full dark to sunlight - font size from small to large - just the right screen size - very thin and light - easy to hold in one hand By far the best reader I have ever tried. Kindles and e-ink have come a _long_ way. With the lighting and variable font size, it's particularly good for seniors. When coupled with Kindle Unlimited, you have convenient access to millions of books in the palm of your hand.
