We are very disappointed with the 11th generation Kindle Paperwhite. The toolbar at the top which made it easy to navigate has been removed. It just became very difficult for my 87-year-old mother to use. And I get to hear her complaints on a daily basis, which includes wanting to throw the thing out the window. Hopefully Amazon/Kindle will get enough complaints to return the toolbar. Otherwise, we will never buy this brand again.

Makes reading so much more accessible. I love reading at night, and this makes it possible without relying on a bright ceiling light or reading lamp. I would recommend this product without a doubt.

Great purchase. It was easy to set up and get started and the matte screen is perfect for reading in little to no light and outdoors.

Don't know! I'm pretty mad it wasn't there overnight like promised. Had to leave the day after with this item as a gift. I hope it's still there when I get home and the rain and ice hasn't damaged it

I bought this device as a gift for someone who was reading books using an iPhone and the Kindle app. The recipient found reading books on the Paperwhite to be a major upgrade and much more enjoyable than the smartphone approach. Text is larger and easier to read compared to a smartphone, and the strain on the eyes is less due to the no-glare screen. The Paperwhite's screen length and width are smaller than your average tablet, but the Paperwhite is fairly thin and lightweight and easier to carry around than a tablet. Compared to prior smartphone/tablet purchases, the Paperwhite seems a bit pricey for its limited functionality but appears to be comparable to similar e-reader devices. If you enjoy reading books on a screen as opposed to paper I would recommend this device.

The staff was very helpful with information on different e-readers and which might fit my needs the best. The Kindle I chose is awesome and was so convenient on my recent travels.
