its is good enough to read its is more portable and easy to go field with it. if you are a very good reader i suggest you to use this kindle, i found it good in size and also waterproof so that ou should not woory about rain and anykind of weathers. sothat if you are looking it buy please g to the best buy

This is my first I-reader. I think it’s pricy for only reader, but it definetly worth to have if you are reading a lot or sometimes. Battery lasts long. I used Ipad before but it’s completely different device and really bad for outdoors esp when sun is out. With kindle I can read it under the sun with my sunglasses on without any issues - just like a real book.

Love this All New Kindle Paperwhite! I had a first generation and then later on I bought a Kindle Fire which was very good but heavy. This Paperwhite is very light even with a cover and has lovely features making e-reading super easy. The dictionary and Wikipedia are fantastic.

This e-reader is probably best suited for younger people, or those with great eyesight. Because of the small screen, and the fact I had to turn up the type size, I found that I was annoyed at how often I had to turn the page when reading. If you've ever used an e-ink display, you know that the screen doesn't update nearly as fast as a LCD or OLED display. For those with not so perfect eyes, you may want to opt for the larger version. Otherwise, it was easy to use, and did hold a charge for a very long time.

I like that it is small so it does not take much space in my purse and I really love the long live of the charge, not like a tablet that has to be charged every day. What I don't like is that I have to have wi-fi in order to read a new book. I guess I'm not really sure on how to use my kindle, but the courses normally offered are not offered during the pandemic. As soon as they are offered again I will learn how to really use the kindle.

It is a perfect size and light weight. I use it daily.

I am very happy with this kindle purchase. It's a sleek, no-fuss design that has back light for night reading. I love reading a book before going to sleep and this lets me do it without having to actually turn the pages. Unlike a kindle app on another device, the kindle reader's battery is long lasting and makes this a great travel companion as well!

I purchased this new kindle for my wife who has been using a first generation model for years... She loves how light weight the new model is along with the brightness of the new screen. Technology has progressed over the years and this Paperwhite E-Reader is certainly a result of the tech push.

I like the paperwhite because it's just a book reader. No internet distractions. It is simple to use and very lightweight- not tiring to hold. The backlight feature is great. I had used an earlier version without backlight and realize how much better this is. Crisp, clear text. This is my second paperwhite. I broke the first ;(

Easy to use. Easy reading, does to give me eye strain. I have my library with me all the time. The battery last several days with constant reading and the wifi on. It lasts much longer if you put on airplane mode when you are not getting or returning books. It was an excellent price.

We had a nook and like this kindle because we can read outside in the sunlight. Much smaller and lighter than a nook as well.

Bought this for my wife and she loves it. She has an iPad but this has an anti glare screen which makes it easier to see in the daylight and it holds a charge for a long time. As an avid reader, she can load a ton of books on it and never worry about that to read. Great E-Reader!

I purchased this a Kindle for my niece. I own a kindle and love how easy it is to sneak in so time to read. This Kindle is low maintenance which means you don’t have to worry about charging it everyday the batter life along with the large number of books it holds makes it worth the money.

I read fairly fast, so when I travel I used to take lots of books to read on vacation. Now with weight restrictions for luggage and baggage fees increasing, buying the Kindle saved me money! I love the long battery life and the ease of loading books online.

I truly love my kindle paper white!! I literally take it everywhere with me. That fact that I can carry a whole little library in my purse is amazing. It doesn’t strain my eyes like reading on my iPad. The battery last for days. Highly recommend this for those that love to read or want to read more.

This paper white is amazing. Battery life is weeks. Had an old Kindle white before and it was ok but this new one with the backlit screen is so nice. Great for not so perfect lighting. Easy to set up for your preferences and easy to use and navigate. Would definitely recommend this product.

I upgraded to this from the 3rd generation Kindle with the keyboard and I absolutely love the backlight! Page turning with a touch screen instead of buttons on the side took a little getting used to, but it's not too bad. My only complaint is that if you're using software like Calibre to manage the books on the device you can't also use it to manage the collections like you could with the previous devices.

Purchased it during a recent sale. Replacing an older Kindle. This is one of the best refreshes in the Kindle lineup as far as I'm concerned. It is lightweight, easy to use, and pretty fast when it comes to moving between books, and paging within a book The software is quite good.

Love my Kindle Paperwhite for traveling and reading at night without another light. The backlight is perfect and doesn’t disturb my sleeping husband when I read late into the night. It’s the only way to carry hundreds of books with you wherever you go with excess baggage. Love it!
