The Kindle Scribe has many accessories sold separately that can be purchased for ease of use with your device. While the case offered at Best Buy does bundle with the device for a discount, we realize it may not be everyone's preference.

The cover folds so that it can be used as a stand and it has a pen holder which is convenient. The only downsides are that it doesn't have any pockets and its a little expensive.

I saw in a review that it will fray in months with daily use. Which is my whole reason for owning a Scribe, I wanted to be more encouraged to read daily. It’s a decent product but the price is unjustifiable

Save your money and buy a knock off

It's flimsy and relatively useless unless you only intend to use it on a table/desk. Plus, the scribe comes out way too easily...so if you drop it, don't expect it to protect your device, etc. I can't believe Kindle charges 60 bucks for such a cheap case. I went ahead and bought one with a good stand on Amazon, much better for sitting back and reading or writing on the couch or outside when it's nice. It's a different design that actually holds your scribe securely, instead of relying on the magnets like this overpriced case. This is not Best Buy's fault, this is 100 percent on kindle.
