Once you learn where not to hold it, it works flawlessly. You do not feel its presence once it is folded backwards. It covers when not in use and is out of the way when in use.

The folding stand design does not lend itself to a good writing position. Considering that this is supposed to be primarily an e-paper writing tablet it should make the writing experience better not more difficult.

Don't buy from Best Buy

If you purchase from Best Buy, they will not repair without send out, whereas Amazon will just replace defective piece. I am a total tech member, and geek squad doesn't know what to do with this.

The Kindle Scribe Fabric Folio Cover does not come with the stylus you are referring to, it is only a case for the device. If you are having issues with the stylus, it may need a new tip (provided) and you can call always call Amazon customer service, available 24/7 for assistance on the device.
