Awesome plug. Makes most things smart. Set up was easy and works flawlessly with alexa. I use them on lights and also a couple of entertainment consoles.

It's wide for it's size. The Amazon Alexa app has to be downloaded to take advantage of this plug. Setup is very easy and quick. I can be in Hong Kong and turn my lights on in America.

This Amazon Smart Plug works great as it was intended to do. Simple to use and set up with all your other Amazon Echo devices through the Alexa app. Highly recommend using this Amazon Smart Plug ONLY with Amazon devices. Don't use other branded smart plugs for your Amazon devices for you will have to first download that manufactures app to set it up and then sink it to Amazon devices. Plus when your Wi-Fi goes out, you might have to start all over again in downloading the other branded smart plug and then again sink it to your Amazon devices. A pain in the butt.

If you have an Alexa enabled device, grab this. So nice to be Anne to turn off lights from another room when your kids forget as usual. Possibilities are endless with this.

Works as advertised and is very easy to install. Be careful to note the shape/size of the device: it takes more space than a typical device plug.

These smart plugs easily integrate with the Amazon ecosystem, and work. Not much else to say other than I've had zero issues with them, whereas my father saved a few bucks on knock-off products and has had nothing but issues with connectivity. Not sure if this is Amazon's API or the cheap Chinese products, but if you're going to build a smart home it's much easier to spend the extra few dollars per plug and save the headache of dealing with knockoffs.

The Amazon Smart Plug offers an easy way to transform ordinary devices like coffee makers, lamps, and most other household electronics into smart devices that you can control using Alexa voice commands. It's relatively affordable and a breeze to install, and it worked well in our tests. That said, it lacks some of the features that you get with our current Editors' Choice, the ConnectSense Smart Outlet 2, including a second outlet, energy reporting, HomeKit compatibility, and support for Google and Siri voice commands.

This is a solid product and it works great. I wish the profile was a bit smaller (you can find them on the market) but for the price it’s a great deal worth the larger profile.
