This product never disconnects not disappoints. It’s hard to put it behind heavy appliances because it takes up space but it really depends on the area you’re working with.

Easy to install. Works a directed. Controls all the lights, Christmas trees and just about any household product with a plug and turns off and on. Works from the Alexa app and Echo dot.

Setup was super easy, I will definitely be ordering more of these. Using my Echo I am able to turn my lamp on and off with just my voice. Also able to control it through the Alexa app. Very convenient.

This pairs easily with Alexa devices and are very convenient for building your smart home. The only thing I do not like about this plug is the big rectangular shape. I have others that are round and smaller with similar power output. Overl all good if you have a Alexa smart speakers.

Very easy to install and connected to my ALEXA App with no issue. Working great so far for my wife's fan. She loves it voice activated with any of our ALEXA devices. So far it does what it suppose to do.

I've setup many smart plugs and this is by far the easiest. It just works. No hassle. No fuss. If you have an Alexa/Amazon ecosystem, you can't go wrong with this plug.

This is the first smart plug I have purchased. Most of the time, it works well. After a month or so I had to reset it because it just stopped connecting to WiFi. But the reset fixed it. I have not had the problem since. It is very easy to use and set up and I like the fact that it works with the echo dot directly and does not need a separate hub

Perfect for things like Christmas trees. I do wish it wasn't quite so wide. If you have a surge protector it can take up several spots depending on which was the plugs are configured.

The Amazon smart plugs are great and easy to use. I get one every time they are available for $5.00. The are very easy to set up and use as routines and timers.

Have three of these and they work flawless in all parts of my house. Easy to set up on the Alexea App and I like the fact that I can name each device exactly to what the plug is controlling.

I purchased this because I wanted it to control some LED lights attached to the rear of my TV. I'm pretty invested into the Amazon ecosystem so I picked it up but to be honest, I ended up returning it. I returned it because I felt that it was set up to work primarily with Amazon devices and the Alexa app which is understandable but for my use case scenario, I needed the least expensive solution which was a TP Link plug and the ability to set it up with other home control applications (Google, Kasa, IFTTT). Works well but just not for me. Purchase it if you have a lot of Amazon device and want to be an Amazon purist. It's backed by a great company so I'm sure you won't have any problems with it.

Great little plug, works great after few initial challenges. It may or may not apply to you but want to share just in case. I have multiple network/SSID/VLAN with different IP addressing scheme. Initially plug work flawlessly but will loose connectivity after a day or two. Some time if it loses power, it will not re-connect and i have to set up again. After long troubleshooting, no help form Amazon, it turn out that plug was having DNS resolution issues over multiple SSID. I end up using 8.8.8.8 (google dns) for this SSID and it working great for last few months. Hope it help some one.

Amazon Smart Plug is great -- I use it to turn on the light in the bedroom and in other areas of the house. It works well with my Echo product and adds voice control to any outlet. Have 4 of them.

Works great with my Echo. Great value when bought on sale and cheaper than smart bulbs and a hub to run them. Using this for a corner lamp that the actual switch is a bit cumbersome to get to.

This is the first smart plug we have purchased. Love it. Use it in the bedroom with the dot. Just have to tell Alexa to turn on or turn off the light. Easy set up, easy to use. Will be getting more.

This works great! was able to control and configure with just the alexa app. No problems setting up or using product. Wish it worked on different assistants, but cant blame them.

A smart plug, coupled with Alexa or a dot is fantastic. So much easier than trying to reach for the light switch when lying in bed.

I ordered this plug through Alexa as a “voice-only deal” from Best Buy. I got 80% off the product for this particular deal so I figured I’d give it a shot since I’d recently got an Echo Show 5 when I purchased my Ring doorbell and Chime bundle. I love this smart plug since I have my floor fan in my bedroom plugged into it. Many times I have jumped in bed and realized I forgot to turn my fan on. I can now simple just ask Alexa to turn my fan on. Within a second or so it switches on. No issues what so ever and have been using it for about a week. The setup is basically automatic and guides you through your Alexa app. Highly recommend.

Pros - very easy to setup with the Alexa app Cons - the size can crowd an adjacent outlet. You'll only be able to plug in something quite small next to it.
