Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased a 9800X3D from Best Buy; however, the actual CPU was stolen wile enroute to me and I was delivered a box containing empty packaging. Best Buy claimed they would reufund the item as it is no longer in stock; however, they later went againt their initial word and denied my refund request instead suggesting I reach out to local law enforcement to report the issue (thats not how this works since it was stolen prior to being in my possession). Best Buy obviously does not insure items they ship because if they did, this would be a non-issue for both parties. And because I am not the shipper I cannot file a claim with FedEx. So I am now out $516 and have no CPU. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. I have initiated complaints with both my credit card company and the BBB.
