I highly recommend this cpu, I have had no issues with it and it performs very well. Everything I expected it to be and more. A great option if you don’t want to spend a lot of money on the 9900x

This CPU has definitely surpassed my expectations. It never heats passed the typical AMD processor family, and it doesn't even 'blink and eye' or max out on my CPU-heavy Flight Simulator program, just buzzes along even better than my previous 8-core Ryzen 7. Love this computer brain, for all that I put it through. Totally recommend.

Powerhouse CPU. Handles productivity and gaming with ease, but I’m currently bottlenecked by my 3060 Ti. Still runs smooth and stays efficient. Upgrading to a 5090 soon to match its full potential.

This is a good upgrade from a Core i7 3820. I can do multi-tasking faster with a 1 ultra wide 49" and 2x 27" with no problem . I match this processor with a 64GB DDR 5 AMD optimized memory and its blazing fast . I just need a GPU upgrade and waiting for a 6900xt price drop when the 7900 comes out .

I'm happy with this processor . It's fast and my new 'built' computer boots much faster than the computer it replaces. I paired it with the 4060 GPU AMD and I put 2-2 TB SSD's in for storage. I have 64 GB RAM using the G.SKILL Trident Z5 RGB Series 32GB (2 x 16GB) 288-Pin PC RAM DDR5 6400 Desktop Memory Model F5-6400J3239G16GX2-TZ5RK and the GAMEMAX Master TG Black Tempered Glass Full Tower Computer Case w/3x120mm Autoflow Rainbow Fans (Pre-Installed). I;m using CORSAIR RMe Series RM1200e ATX Power Supply – Fully Modular – ATX 3.0 – 80 PLUS Gold – Cybenetics Platinum – Low-Noise – .. and the MB is an ASUS TUF GAMING B650-E WIFI AMD B650 AM5 ATX motherboard, DDR5, 8+2 teamed power stages, PCIe 5.0, a PCIe 5.0 M.2 slot, Use this config for gaming and general computing

Got this one on sale for about $360. Shreds through every Unreal Engine AAA game that I've thrown at it so far. Works perfect with a RTX 5070, allowing me to run the newest games at Ultra/80FPS(open world)-120FPS(Shooters) on 2k resolution. If you got a little money to throw around but aren't looking for the newest top of the line/super expensive stuff, this one is for you.

This cpu was a godsend for upgrading from an i9 9900k, it's a perfect match for my 4080 and helps it pump 90-110fps in Cyberpunk Overdrive with Frame gen on. Packaged with Starfield premium, this is a wonderful value and offers a wonderful experience. Amd's software is great too, and it runs CS2 on highest settings without fidelity fx on, offering sub 400 fps.

Read some stuff about this not necessarily being designed for gaming.
However, this has handled every game I've thrown at it, plus I love the design of the AM5 chip set, having contacts instead of pins is a game changer for my anxiety levels.
Great performance and temps stay low with a fan cooler. This is an easy buy for sure.
