Much better uplift compared to last gen then I was expecting. Does good in anything I throw at it. Would recommend for high end setups and people needing the multithreading.

Vastly superior performance to both the 7950X3D and the 7900X3D, which are poor products that park half the cores, disabling half the performance without tuning and tweaking. 7950X is tuning friendly, super power efficient and gaming performance is excellent. Dont however, expect anything from the 7950X even remotely compared to the AMD 7800X3D and Intel 14900K in both stability and performance overall. Bottom line, go for an 7800X3D or 14900K, but the 7950X is a good backup plan if neither are available.

I recently switched to this from an Intel i9 processor and this thing is an absolute powerhouse. What can I say It's one of the strongest processors on the market installation is easy even for a beginner Just take your time watch a video read the instructions and be very very careful with it.

A bit on the costly side, but its a wonderful upgrade and has plenty of cores to handle just about any workload or game. Also, BE SURE TO PICKUP A PROPER COOLER! The box looks large like the old AMD CPU types from several years ago, but it does not have any cooler! Get one at the time of purchase or order one online that can handle the heat properly!

Best CPUto get to match with the MotherBaord I got! I suggest to everyone go with WHAT you want not with others tell you to get! The staff at Best Buy will help you understand what you want and what will or will not work.

So I ended up not being able to get this product through Best Buy because the deliverer from Shipt refused to follow the instructions I had given and ended up returning it. However, I ended up getting this from Newegg and I can tell you that either one would've worked the same. It's powerful and works like a charm. My PC is completely buffed because of this.

This is a super fast processor!!! I am not a gamer, my machine is built for editing high Megapixel photographs and with this AMD Ryzen I go through my editing quite fast, especially downloading from SD cards. I have a water cooled system to avoid heat issues.

I like the fact that i have security with the performance in this cpu to be able to; work remotely, create content/render quality videos, consume all of my usual content, and still have amazing video game capabilities.

Great processor handles everything you throw at it and increases my fps but a noticeable amount and rpg and story based games run smoother with my nvidia 3080 and cooler.

Beast CPU. Be careful of the ram kit you pair with this CPU. Don’t expect to run 128GB ram. I received a used CPU with thermal paste residue but the local store swapped it out no questions.

I recommend getting the ryzen 9 if you can. So fast compared to my last computer. I feel it will be a decent amount of time before this seems slow and needs an upgrade. Im running Ubuntu with no problems.

Building my first pc so i want the best of the best. Im looking for fast and smooth gaming and this cpu will definitely do the job. Want the best quality for my gaming pc and this product can get me there.

Cant say enough good things about this chip. Its been such a game changer when working on 8K RED footage. The HEVC encoder and decoders make a difference in DaVinci Resolve!

My PC broke down randomly one day, and I had to scramble at best buy to get all the parts I needed to fix my PC. I bought this since it was one of the only processors they had. This processor was super easy to install since the am5 sockets have the pins built into the mobo instead of on the chip. Very powerful as well.

very very fast but some early issues with my motherboard put a damper on my initial experience. Great CPU for workstation. I am running it with a 360 AIO and while temps are higher than previous gen its not too bad; happy so far but wondering if the value is there with 13900K coming in cheaper

It is super fast. I got a new mobo and ram it was like giving my pc steroids. I speed up all processes, and load times.
