    Package was lost and nobody knows anything . And a $10 certificate that was used to help purchase the item cannnot be used again , so along with my package being lost I also lost $10 Horrible experience and I don’t think I’m a Best Buy customer any longer

    Wrong size was delivered. I have a 14 Pro Max. Please send correct case size and it took over one month to deliver after i call to complain. Thank you.
