The router was available within 1hr from my order. It took about 20 min to setup (including software update). A lot of information available when login into application. Device monitor shows helpful info too. Very nice device! Hopeful it will be reliable...

Excellent! Definitely recommend. Purchased some time ago and I have to say in the time I have had 3 off them for my 6k sq ft home I have had no problems at all. They always stay updated.

works great, but very limited with control considering the price. I am use to the UNIFI controller application was expecting something similar, but I guess this is tailored more towards the none custom users.

I've had one of these for a couple of years now and added a second to extend/improve my network - always reliable never had ANY issues or dropouts and speeds up to 1GB via ethernet when needed

Upgraded from a three puck Google WiFi system to two Alien routers. 3200 sq ft house, 1.5 stories. Have noticed a significant improvement in HomeKit response, especially cameras. Worth every penny.

This thing is amazing. Upgraded from a Google Nest, you see so much on the screen, know what’s plugged in directly, via Wi-fi, signal strength, etc. If you have any issues you know exactly what’s going on. It’s pricey but you get what you pay for.

The AmpliFI-Alien WIFI 6 Mesh Router is a gem! Technically it has so many features not offered by others and their support staff is 1st rate.

Great wifi 6 router, mesh works well as well. Mobile app is intuitive. Be prepared to not get the advertised speeds over WiFi that you're expecting. I regularly max out at 700 mbits/sec vs the full 1 GB on wire.

The AmpliFi WiFi 6 is an amazing router. The speed is fast and the coverage is expansive.

It makes our home wi-fi far more reliable. We live in a 1500 sq. ft. apartment and without this, our TVs and devices dropped wi-fi quite often. With this, we can sit back and enjoy all the streaming things we can.

Bought this to replace an EERO system that was dropping internet. My initial rating was excellent speed but after a few hours the speed would not stay constant one room away. It would range from 3 - 400 mpbs while the internet speed into my house was constant at 400. Tried several things suggested by Amplifi but no improvement. Returned.

Overall beautiful design. Great conversation piece. Personally, I believe it was very expensive. Had some purchase regrets but decided to keep it. Works great

Expensive!! There are better routers out there for the same price. My internet plan is 1.2GB and my speed test on my modem is around 950 to 1.2. I can only get my Alien 6 up to 640 mbps. My Netgear RAX45 is cheaper and can get at least 943 mbps. I have this unit for about a week and I gave it up and returned it. Unstable wifi signal, drops some of my devices evey now and then. Sometimes I'll get an error of No IP address and to call my service provider. Reset and comes back on with no problem.

If your needing an extra boost to your wifi this is the choice. You can control everyone in the home wifi signals strength on your phone.

Nice unit, but does not travel as far as it says. Advertised at 5000sf. Had it in the basement on a shelf high and could not reach our outside ring cameras cameras or in the bathroom at the end of our 2400sf ranch. We had been hitting the max data with Xfinity and ended up upgrading to unlimited data. I’m doing so they force you to take there router/ modem. Xfinity unit reached farther than this router.

Upgraded from an Eero 5 mesh. The Eero was giving me consistent drop-outs everyday. Now with the Alien, I have consistent high speeds on wifi with no drops. One alien is more than enough to cover my 1500sq ft home.

Hands down the best router I’ve ever owned. Puts out a strong WiFi signal throughout my house. Best feature is the built in speed test. You can see what kind of signal you’re getting from your ISP to make sure you’re not being cheated.

Router works well. Previously had a Deco M5 because I needed a mesh system. I picked up just one of these and it does the job well. Thought the display was a lil overkill at first but it displays some useful stats..

This router is pretty good! I wish it had the configurability of the unifi devices but i was able to get 800+ mbps on a speed test...on wifi...on my phone...upstairs above my router in the living room.
