I was replacing a previous model. Blow drying power seems to have improved but I do not like how they now have the power cord attached to the wall mount unit and then another cord from the wall mount. Too many cords hanging on the wall now plus I cannot use this a portable travel blow dryer without taking the wall mount with me. My older model was perfect for traveling since the power cord was attached to the blow dryer itself. One cannot tell this from the box or the online photos.
