This is a true adaptive charger that does not over heat when charging lower rated devices. Stable current also ensures fast charge for said lower rated devices.

Works great. Excellent buy!!! At first I was apprehensive because I was purchasing a Samsung Tab and I am used to using their "bricks", as the salesman referred to it. But since they no longer supply brick only the cord, he assure me it would work perfectly, and he was right. I could t be happier with this purchase. If you are on the fence I say go for it, you won't regret it.

Check your phones specs and if it only can handle 20 watts max charging power (using PD technology) then this charger is all you need. It has 2 charging powers..... 15 watts using 5 volts at 3 amps, and 20 watts using 9 volts at 2.22 amps (controlled by your phone). You must use a cord with USB-C connector on both ends. The old rectangle USB-A connectors max out at 15 watts. Only negative is that the AC prongs do not fold back.

I recycled some old broken/unused charging bricks and got 20% off buying a few of these. They are a great replacement and don't take up much space in a bag if you are traveling. These are only 20W's so its not the fastest at charging, but for its compact size its great, especially when you're using it on a power strip that has other outlets plugged in.
