I got my unit and a few short weeks pass and it stops working completely. It got to the point where i had to reach out to Anker Customer Service and they sent another. They said plugging the adapter into the wall and leaving it for 5 mins would resolve said issue. And it did but temporarily.. even the new unit stopped working but works more often than not. Still, Im starting to not trust Anker because even with other products i have with them, they also don’t work. I’d take my money elsewhere.
