Check to make sure it’s charging on your app, also, not recomended if power plug in is not Close.

- What happens when charging the phone with its case off, as thick cases or cases with metal in them interfere with charging?
- What happens when charging with a different wall charger and cable? Please note our wireless chargers work best with a 5V/2A wall charger.
- What happens when you restart your phone and try again?
- What happens when trying the charger with another wireless-charging phone?
- Please confirm the phone is centered in the wireless charger

Not a very good charger

It randomly stops charging throughout the night, which leaves you without a watch the next day at work. It's a waste of $40. It stopped working outside of the return date. Thanks Anker and BestBuy.

Sucks for Iwatches tho it said compatible
