Unbearable clicking noise while charging

Ended up switching to Apple magsafe. There is a clicking/mechanical noise coming from this device while charging. The sound goes away when the product is off. I have other Anker chargers and product but this was the first mag type charger.

Worked for 2 months only

Do not like.

Granted I am using it thru a thin backed clear Poetic Guardian case on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. But even still, it should easily be strong enough to support the weight of the phone with its magnetism, but it's nowhere close to that strength. I will be returning it soon. I do not recommend.

Doesn’t work!!
