I just started to use this today and love this mount! I’ve had issue with vent mounts in the past since cars old and the vents are loose but this thing holds on really well. Anker knocked it out of the park again!

Magnet was fine on bumpy roads, but charger did not work using 12V slot in my VW. Other chargers had no issues. Might have just been a faulty product but make sure to test it and return it if it doesn’t work.

Worked for about 25 months

Lasted for about 2 years before one day I saw the suction cup part snap from the mount. The arm is a weakpoint for this product. I used a plastic epoxy (JD Weld) to glue it back together and it seems to work fine for now.
I think you're better off getting the Anker MagGo Wireless Car Charger.
Love the Anker brand, but the arm/mount couldn't stand the Texas heat after 2 years. It may last longer if you don't expose it to much sun
