This one may have a default but so far inorder for the battery pack to be at 100% chargeable use I have to let it charge for 8 hrs..it charges the cell phone really fast meaning within 20 mins giving my phone 100 charge battery but than I'm having to charge the battery pack once again...

A label was created and it stopped there. Online customer service quickly resolved and the chargers were shipped. The chargers were not compatible with our iPhones. It was not clear in the description. . Purchased 3 of them using mostly rewards. Went to return the chargers in person. The store said I would only receive a $10 refund and loss of rewards. I was only requesting a store credit to purchase compatible iPhone chargers. Nope, rewards do not work that way. Was told to call corporate. Kept the useless chargers and gave them away vs. giving them back to Best Buy. Poor service, poor policy. But kudos to the online customer service rep. Ordered the perfect magnetic charger on Amazon that arrived next day. Do better Best Buy
