Damaged and Open boxed on a New device order

There was no replacement at the store and they did not provide me an option that a new item delivered at my address or picked up at the same store later times so I did return it on site.

Not worth it

It also only charges my phone some times? Maybe it doesn't stay in well, because throughout the course of charging, I need to fiddle with the block a couple times to get it to charge again.

Recharging on some devices, due to its size, covers 3 charging outlets. Again a little awkward. Otherwise works well so far.
