This keeps mine going for several hours, but the camera starts to overheat if it's recording for too long in HEVC codecs. I'd guess that's some combination of the processing required for HEVC, the length of time, and the battery.

Capacity to charge both a phone and tablet. Note: does require significant time to charge but provides sufficient charging capacity during daily travel.

Only because it claimed it would charge a phone 50% of its capacity in 30 minutes. After 45 minutes, it was not there yet, at about 40%. Still not bad, and I've been pleased with how much of a charge the battery holds.
