Easy to use. Plug in with USB-C for fast charge. It does take a bit to charge this, but that's a given since it stores 20,000mAH.

Takes quite awhile for it to recharge itself. Great product, IMO. Instructions regarding trickle charge could be more clear.

The thing is heavy. I used it around Disney and Universal for two days charging each night even though the lowest percentage it got down to was like 60%. It was small enough to place in my fanny pack or my letter carrier bag. But again, it’s weighty. Charging capability is great though and you can charge multiple items at once!
