Pretty decent power supply. Only my real down side is that sales staff kept insisting that the unit it self was water resistant in the case of major rain and or flooding. None of the ports on this are sealable unlike what I previously bought from them.

Used once. Didn’t work. First time used was about 20 days after the purchase. Best Buy has changed the return and exchange policy to 15 days and they won’t do anything to help. I now know not to make any major purchases, like new appliances, etc. from them if they won’t stand behind the products they sell. Glad I learned my lesson on a $50 charger instead of a new refrigerator or $2k TV.

Best and smartest thing i ever did buying this excellent product. Easy to use, esy to charge, easy to use to charge my personal tech stuff. Works great on the road and better than automobile charging slots. Lasts a really long time. And economically priced to ease my checkbook balance.

Slim compact, a bit on the heavier side, although this is my first portable charger. It will be great for traveling overseas and long haul flights. Easy to charge and works great! The price was excellent!

I used this for an international 3 week travel trip. It charged my Iphone 14 Pro up to 3 times on each full charge. It was the perfect size and weight and very transportable. I carried it in my backpack on the plane and it gave me peace of mind knowing I could easily charge my phone if needed. When the unit needed charging, it did require up to 8-10 hours which is rather extensive. Yet it wasn't a problem being I only had to do that a few times. When hiking and on day outtings, I always brought it with me and I never felt it was too heavy or too large. Great buy!

It’s a really solid power bank. Charges my phone at least 4-5 times without needing to recharge the power bank itself. Easily lasts me a week for those times I’m not able to sit down and charge my phone. I’ve charged two phones at once (iPhone 13 mini and iPhone 12) when both were below 20% - easily filled up the phones within half an hour to an hour. And it only went down one light! My only gripe about it is that there isn’t something to cover the ports. I’m not the cleanest person and I have lint all over my backpack, so I’m sure the lint will get caught in there at some point (I’ve had this for a few months and it hasn’t happened yet, though). Can’t really speak on the durability because I haven’t dropped it but it gets jumbled with all the other junk in my bag, so it definitely is getting scratched up by random stuff. There are very minor scratches so far, nothing serious. Definitely doesn’t change how it performs either. It is a little heavy considering how much you can squeeze out of it, so if you’re not carrying some kind of bag often, it probably is not for you - go with the smaller versions that Anker has. For the price and the value you get out of it, it’s so worth it. Definitely for those who have multiple devices to charge and not enough time or cords in the world.

This has a lot of power for when you are traveling. It charges fast and is still lightweight enough to carry around. I only gave it 4 stars since it only has 3 charging ports and only one USB-C port
