The vests did not come with power banks. The power banks work perfectly and heat the vests very quickly. Definitely a great product, they were recommended by a Best Buy sales associate.

Dont expect more than a single charge for a phone, or between a half and three quarter charge for a midsized tablet. Its nothing wrong with the battery, just how electricity transfers. It will drain fast the first couple of uses but seems to even out after that. Its perfect as an emergency back-up. I suggest a much larger capacity if you want more than a single charge.
