They have 2 sizes/capacities and I asked the staff member at Best Buy to advice - I always get good advice at Best Buy. Based on his brief in 5-10 minutes total I had decided and it's great. My phone battery is getting on so buys me some more time with the phone until I upgrade.

It doesnt loose power when not in use therefore staying at 100% until I use it. It has two charging ports. I use it at work to keep my neck fan going and it keeps it charged and running all day even when I run it at high speed.

It does work well, though and if weight isnt your consideration, then this is easily 4 stars. For me, weight is a consideration, and for backpacking, its just too heavy. I gave it to my wife and she seems to be happy with it.
