    Product is OK. A little on the heavy side. My main concern was my attempt to return this item and the store having a 15 day return policy. I was one day over that timeframe and denied the opportunity to return. I also submitted feedback on their website and have never heard back from anyone. Pretty disappointed in the CustomerService level.

    I had to buy a string charm, because I thought the c wire would hold if I swung it while walking it broke. But the Anker itself never really tried it kept it on 100.
