Failed charger

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Well that’s funny how BestBuy is asking for a review on this because it just died, seams to have a short in it, sometimes it charges and then it won’t, I noticed if I move the charger around or flip it over I loose the information on the screen, I move it back again the screen comes back on. I would have to say there is a short on the inside of the charger. Taking it back hopefully I can replace with one that does not fail… I have had Anker chargers that had no issues, hopefully this was just a one time issue.

This is probably my third time using it and on my last trip it stopped charging! Thought maybe it was the cable or outlet but i switched both out and still will not charge any more. Device gets really hot and i feel it is no longer safe. Price is high for how bulky the device is. Its 2025 and there is no way it should be this bulky and heavy. I do like how they made the cable dual as a strap and the display but unfortunately disappointed in it overall. I do not recommend. For price, and size you can get something better for travel
