    No power and won't charge. I submitted a warranty claim on Anker's site, uploaded my receipt and details of why the unit isn't working. I received an email asking for my order number and proof of purchase. As well as some troubleshooting steps. I replied again letting them know that the steps did nothing and included my receipt again. Here is the reply I received "Thank you for providing the additional information. Could you please share the order number from your receipt?" I replied again, stating that there is no order number as it was an instore purchase and attached the receipt again. The response- "Thank you for helping us better understand your situation. Please know we do want to make things right for you and help with a replacement, but we can only process warranty claims when we have the proof of purchase, then we can locate your order in our system. I know it's troublesome, but if it is a gift, you could contact the person who gave the gift, perhaps they can provide the proof of purchase so we can proceed." I replied again and stated the date it was purchased as well as the store name and their reply! I had to laugh but it's not funny. "I apologize for any confusion. Since you've purchased the product from Best Buy, could you please confirm the exact name of the reseller? This will help us verify if they are an authorized reseller and proceed with your warranty claim. Thank you for your patience and cooperation." This is truly crazy and its really making me reconsider buying any other Anker product.

    I liked the cable that came with it, however, the 20k mah was not correct. It did not charge my device more than once to full.

    It's a heavy weight battery, yet understandable because of teh 20,000 mAh. Super good idea to have the USB cable designed to be the handler as well. The worst thing is that it only lasted 5 months, and it was not that cheap.

    Sales agent advised that this item was the 'best buy' for this price point. However there was plastc from the packaging lodged in its' port. Eventually I was able to use it, yet found the charging process, extremely sluggish. Although I have nothing to compare, I'm returning it.

    I usually have good luck with Anker products however this one not so much. First time using it, had it fully charged and I plugged in a nerd of minor version 2 (low power consumption device) into it and it stayed at 100% for 2 days, by the third day it was starting to drop by percentage slowly but by the end of the third day it gets to 70% and then shuts off. When I checked it it was at 0%power. Thinking this may have been a glitch every charged it the next night and we attempted a test again with the same results. Are the recharged it again and this time I plugged in my cell phone which it did charge my cell phone but it got down about 70 or 60% and shut off again. After checking it it was at 0% power. With the nerdminder I expected this to last many days on battery without a problem but this device either the display is inaccurate or there's a defective unit here. I will be returning it within the next two days to get different product. The price was decent, the packaging is good, and it's physical overall appearance is awesome especially when it's lanyard turns it into a usb-c cable. However sadly it did not meet my expectations for powering a low powered device for several days.

    Hello, I have nothing against Anker™; however this model I'm particular was clearly a mistake they learned from before they made the current 30W portable power bank models. The device was working fine for 2 weeks then I thought oh maybe it's the cable (because the quality of my c to c cables are pretty low) but no after purchasing a new USB C to C cable (by Anker™) I realized well sheesh it was the power bank and it's a bit frustrating when you have 20,000mah on hand and you need it yet it's not at your disposal lmao... But no in all seriousness all I gotta say is this model is on sale at 75 % off permanent price reduction For a reason. I still vouch for Anker™ it's just the simple phrase 'Everyone makes mistakes' or sheesh 'nobodys perfect'. With all due respect, Sonny
