This is a good portable battery. It charges faster than usage. The only negative (hence only 4 stars) is it is a tad heavy. But it works well for my needs.

Has enough battery to charge my steam deck for another full charge, and type c port that attaches to it is really convenient.

An amazing portable charger! Charges quite fast without using up too much of the powerbank’s battery. The only issues I have with this specific Anker model is the weight, it is a little hefty and big to haul around in a pocket or hand. Other than that, a very good powerbank! Have reccommended to others who are looking for a very low effort/minimal care powerbank that’s still reliable. I also find the wire convenient, it acts as a bracelet and is used as a wire as well.

Excellent quality and performance so far in my fairly light-duty testing. As advertised, a full charge seems to recharge my phone from nearly dead to full ** FOUR SEPARATE TIMES ON ONE CHARGE,** and it does so relatively quickly thanks to its included USB-C to USB-C cable which is short, but smartly attached via a protective connector so that the cable serves as a wrist loop, like stand-alone cameras used to often have attached to them. It does take a while to charge this unit, and be advised that it does not come with a wall adapter for AC power charging, nor does it come with a cord that has the older, 'original' USB (USB-A) connector, so you will need an 'A to C' cable or a wall adapter AC charger that can accept a USB-C cable like the short one that it comes with. The trade-off for these shortcomings was a reasonable original price, and a steal on discount, which I was lucky enough to stumble on during an in-store visit - still nothing beats the in-person experience for retail shopping, I think - you never know what you'll find. My charger has survived a couple mild falls that made me cringe, but landed flat both times, and with no ill effect, apparently. It did make me appreciate the sturdy construction tho. A little heavy in a coat pocket too for traveling, but well worth its weight! Another fine product from Anker - please keep up the good work!

It the first portable charger I buy amd it was a blessing on my trip. Can charge multiple times. Really fast charger. It was so good in fact that my wife claimed it 24/7. Well worth the price and flight approved.

The Anker 20,000mAh 30W Power Bank is, honestly, the best portable charger I've ever owned. The capacity is massive; I can charge my phone (mention your model, e.g., "my iPhone 15") up to four times and still have plenty of juice left, which is amazing for long trips or days away from home. The 30W charging is super fast. I was able to charge my phone from 0% to 50% in no time. You can tell it's not a slow charger. Plus, I was able to charge my tablet and phone at the same time without any slowdowns.

good power bank for the price. If your just trying to charge a phone its good enough. If your doing 2 laptops for some reason then you might want to look into a bigger one.

I have used this item for slightly over a year. It has performed reliably and can be charged quickly. I did not give it the last star because there is a little window in that shows the percentage of charge left in the unit and the numbers are very small and at times difficult to distinguish between a six or nine or a three or a zero otherwise, it’s a powerful recharger

Great charger, despite the heavy weight it does the job exceptionally. Charging a phone from 0% to 100% in 30 minutes. Really recommend.

i like 1. the size 2.the loop cord has a clip for the charging cord 3. it services fast charge for one plus with 2 complete charges on I load. 4. it's digital display telling you it's charge level it's holding. 5. it can charge in under 2 hours it's sale price at BB is great it is a little heavy..but who cares

I’ve been using the Anker battery pack for a few weeks now, and it’s honestly exceeded expectations. Worked perfectly to keep my phone charged all day while at an outside event where no further charging was available. This enabled me to freely take pictures and videos without having to worry about running out of charge, This took the stress out of the day and allowed it to be more enjoyable.
