Only worked after 4 charges

Best Buy not do an exchange. I contacted Anker. After a few emails confirming it’s defective and my receipt of purchase. Anker mailed me a new similar model. New one has been working great for past 5 months. Highly recommend Anker for customer service but not good experience with this item
