It can charge a smartphone 3 to 4 times without having to plug it in. It's a little heavy but the that weight is justified because it can charge a 16" MacBook Pro, probably to around 40% charge.

I have 2 younger kids in sports that have me out all day. The chargers i have are either slow or get my device only to 80%. This is a fast charger that charges my devices to 100%.
