    Contacting manufacturer for a replacement didn't open the box until it recently (after the date it could be returned to the store) and it's never worked tried to charge it multiple times but won't hold a charge. I've bought this brand so many times but this was a let down.

    I bought is 2 weeks ago...and it has not worked once...not ONCE Of course even though its not even been a month i cant return it...or at least exchange. 76 dollars is a lot of money to just throw away. Very disappointing

    Wouldn't charge, Best Buy refused return

    It would no longer change after 2 uses. And Best Buy said I could not return ot, even though defective, because I had opened it. Of course, how can one know a product is defective without opening it. I can't recommend the battery or Besy Buy.

    Doesn't work and battery dies instantly

    I charged it overnight, over 8 hours, and it showed it had a full charge. I plugged it into my phone and it charged for 45 min before going to completely zero charge on the portable battery. I might have received a defective one, however, I will be returning. Would not recommend this specific portable charger

    This charged the first time great! After that I oiled not get it to charge. Also it did not charge my Fitbit watch. It would start and then after a minute stop. Perhaps it is not made to do this.

    Very good portable charger. i bought it for a decently long flight specifically to charge my steam deck. The charger was able to charge it all the way back to 100% and still had some power left over for my phone. Highly reccomended.

    I would not buy an Anker product ever again based on my experience with Anker. My wife received a 22,000 mAh model as a Christmas gift in 2023. It died suddenly within the warranty period. We still had the original box and serial number and product information but since it was a gift, no receipt. We submitted the information to Anker but Anker REFUSED to stand behind their product. Warning to All, Anker has a good reputation in the market but does not stand behind their merchandise.
