Since our company has moved to Microsoft Teams without call in numbers, i have struggled to find a device to allow me to participate. Webcam microphones aren't always the best. I have used other Anker products, so i decided to try this one. The packaging is great, and it comes with charging cables and even a nice protective zip up travel case. The battery last a long time, and you can even charge another device by connecting it to the usb port in the back. This supports both bluetooth and usb connection. On device buttons are easier to use than trying to find the button in the conferencing software. I am also able to pair to multiple devices. This is a great device for connecting to your PC or phone.

Sounds quality is good. Allows both USB to computer and phone via BT. When the phone rings it over-rides, otherwise it a computer speaker/Mic. There is a microsecond of sound delay when playing sounds like Slack messages coming in so it gets truncated in a weird way. It's a pretty minor issue. The sound quality of both speaker and mic is great. It doesn't sync with the mute button on zoom yet (supposed to be an upcoming enhancement) but in some ways I like it better because I don't have to have zoom as much active window. I am pretty happy and would recommend it.

This anker product is great. We use in a large conference room. The speaker is loud enough so everyone in the room can hear the person connected. The array of microphones are also great. People can hear anything being said on the other side. We used for 3 days, 9 hours a day and plugged in to charge at the 3rd day. Setup was very easy, used as a Bluetooth speaker mic on Google meeting.

Daily use for work and conference calls. Excellent noise suppression with clear voice broadcast. Normally plugged in using USB, but it works just fine for travel. Small and easy to pack with a long battery charge.

I want to start by saying the speaker came in a nice package just like the rest of there products.
The speaker looks very nice. It has a two-tone gray . The feel of the speakers very sturdy. It has a darker gray on top and bottom and a light gray that goes around the entire speaker it has a very good weight to it. it’s not heavy it’s not light it’s perfect. Conference speaker pairs very easy and fast To your phone iPad and laptop you can play music from it as well.

Great sound quality on both ends. Simple to use and setup.
One drawback is the lowest volume setting is still 'too loud' for me. Would like to see the volume go lower, but is just my preference.
Overall, both coworker and I think these are great. It gives your ears a break from the earpiece option.

Sound was clear and it looked sleek great for basic calls. But the mic didn’t pick up well in group settings like I hoped, and sometimes people said I sounded distant. It’s a solid product, just didn’t meet my needs, so I returned it.

This works great for conferencing. I have tested it on my own and with a group of 7. Volume and the mic function well. The mute button is very easy to use. Small, practical case.
Only negative so far is the button to increase & decrease the volume are a bit sensitive.

Got this for web meetings with customers. Does exactly as you’d expect. Volume is crystal clear and very loud. Not issues with mic on their end. Great speaker and what I expected from Anker!

Overall, I am very impressed. This charges and pairs like any other Bluetooth device, making it easy to use. Talking to a room full of people using it feels surprisingly similar to sitting in the room with them, thanks to the clarity and noise filtering. The microphones do a good job of focusing on whoever is speaking, and it doesn't seem to matter where they stand in relation to the speakerphone, so long as they are generally somewhere nearby. The audio played through the speakerphone is quite loud, but the voices you hear on the other end are slightly quiet, especially for the first second or two that a person is speaking after a few moments of silence.
Worth noting: if you have a voice assistant on your phone set to listen for an activation phrase, it can pick up on it through this speakerphone.

Set this up for a small conference room that had a desktop connected to a large flat screen tv. The desktop had a webcam on it but the mic wasn't able to pickup all voices in the room. The conference table in the room can seat about 12 people. Paired this speakerphone to the desktop via bluetooth and reconfigured zoom to use the Anker speakerphone instead of the webcam mic. Big improvement overall. Anywhere around the conference table was clear to the zoom attendees and vice versa. On a side note, the desktop didn't already have bluetooth built-in so a USB bluetooth adapter was installed for the pairing.

Great product for the home office or the office office. Extremely loud and clear for voice calls and picks up voice from a much longer distance than a phone giving you freedom to move around. The mute function is convenient, and it's easy to connect and reconnect with multiple Android and Apple phones. I would class myself as a light user, probably averaging less than 1 call/day, but even so it has been a worthwhile purchase.
P.S. don't even think of playing music on one of these conference speakerphones, the sound quality for music is worse than an iPad's built-in speaker.

I was sometimes having trouble hearing people and sometimes people couldn’t hear me, so I bought this for my work conference calls. It was surprisingly easy to set up for all the various software that gets used (Webex, teams, zoom, go-to-meeting, etc) and it works really well. You can turn up the volume really loud (loud enough to leave the computer and do other things and still hear what’s going on). Really a game changer if you’ve ever been on an important call with someone you just can’t hear.
