Functionality is great, and the sound clarity is awesome. No issues at all really, except some times my cell phone bluetooth connection will pick up and transfer the call from my phone to the unit. So... if you're in another room of the home and answer your phone, it will transfer to the conference speaker. Annoying, but I guess I'll deal with it.

I've used devices like this from other companies that cost three times as much and this seems to be just as good. Only complaint is that it is a little heavier when using out of the office on conference calls through my cellphone. But I would highly recommend this to anyone that can work using a speakerphone instead of headsets.

Not a great speaker with this price range

You cannot charge the speaker at the same time you want to use it. 2. The mute button on the speaker doesn’t interact well with Teams or Zoom applications mute controls which ideally should have worked at this price range. 3. My colleagues have started complaining that my voice is not coming through clearly and it’s muffled a bit after starting using it. Not sure if I’ve got a defective piece.
